2. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the general conditions for the use of services provided by Neo Hungary Sárvár 2016 Kft. (registered office: 9600 Sárvár, Kinizsi Pál u. 27.), which operates the Neo Prémium Apartments** at 9600 Sárvár, Sylveszter János u. 11.

These GTC do not exclude special or individual agreements with travel agencies, travel intermediaries, tour operators, or other partners who cooperate with the Neo Prémium Apartments**** for the long-term sale of its services.


3. Contracting Parties

The contracting parties are:

  • the Guest – a natural or legal person who orders or uses the services of Neo Prémium Apartments****;

  • and Neo Hungary Sárvár 2016 Kft. as the operator of the apartments.

A guest is also considered a person who actually uses the services, even if the booking is made by someone else.
In the following, both are collectively referred to as Contracting Parties.


4. Formation of the Service Contract, Booking, and Modifications

The guest may send a request verbally or in writing (by letter, fax, or email).
The apartment will respond with an offer within 24 hours of receiving the request.

If no written confirmation of the actual booking is received from the guest within 48 hours of sending the offer, the Neo Prémium Apartments**** is released from the obligation to honor the offer.

The service contract is concluded when the Neo Prémium Apartments**** sends a written confirmation (letter or email) of the booking. This confirmation constitutes a binding written contract.

A verbal booking or modification only creates contractual obligations if it is confirmed in writing by the Neo Prémium Apartments****.

The contract is concluded for a fixed period.
If the guest leaves before the end of the booked period, they are obliged to pay the full amount. The apartment is entitled to resell the vacated room.

An extension is only possible with the written consent of the Neo Prémium Apartments****.


5. Cancellation Policy

The exact details of free cancellation and advance payments are provided in the booking confirmation.

Cancellations within the free cancellation period result in the deposit being either refunded or credited as a voucher. Refunds are processed within 14 days, minus an administrative fee.

Cancellations after the free cancellation period will result in the paid amount being retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations on the day of arrival or no-shows require 100% payment of the booking.

In the event of force majeure, the value of the unused stay will be refunded as a voucher.


6. Prices at Neo Prémium Apartments**

Room rates are listed on www.npapartments.hu.

The apartment reserves the right to modify prices.
Confirmed bookings are not affected retrospectively by price changes.

Prices include all applicable taxes (VAT, tourist tax).
Any changes in legislation may be passed on to the guest.


7. Discounts

Information about permanent or seasonal discounts is available on the website, at the reception, or on posted notices within the property.


8. Payment Methods and Guarantee

The total amount of the booked services is shown in the booking confirmation.

Payment methods:

  • Prepayment via bank transfer to Neo Hungary Sárvár 2016 Kft.,

  • Credit card prepayment.

The apartment may request a guarantee (credit card hold or cash deposit) to cover extra services.

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, cash, credit card, SZÉP card (Hungarian recreational card).


9. Use of Services – Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: until 10:00

Early check-in is possible for an extra fee, subject to availability.

The apartment may refuse service or terminate the contract immediately if the guest:

  • uses the room improperly,

  • disturbs or endangers others,

  • violates safety rules,

  • behaves rudely or under the influence of alcohol/drugs,

  • carries contagious diseases.

Children must be supervised by an adult.


10. Provision of Services

If the Neo Prémium Apartments**** cannot provide the booked accommodation due to its own fault, it must:

  • offer equivalent or higher-category accommodation,

  • provide free transfer to the replacement.

By accepting this, the guest cannot claim further compensation later.


11. Guest Rights

The guest is entitled to the booked room and standard services of the apartment.

In case of complaints, the Neo Prémium Apartments** complaint handling policy applies.
The apartment strives for a prompt and fair resolution.


12. Guest Obligations

The guest is obliged to:

  • pay for the services on time,

  • ensure supervision of minors,

  • report any damages immediately,

  • not bring own food or drinks into the catering areas.


13. Guest Liability

The guest is liable for all damages caused by themselves, their companions, or persons under their supervision to the Neo Prémium Apartments**** or other guests.


14. Rights of Neo Prémium Apartments**

The apartment has a lien on the guest’s belongings if service fees are unpaid.

The property is equipped with security cameras (except in rooms and restrooms). Recordings are stored for 1 month.


15. Obligations of Neo Prémium Apartments**

The apartment must provide services in accordance with applicable regulations.

Written complaints from guests must be investigated and documented.


16. Liability for Damages

Neo Prémium Apartments**** is liable for damages caused to the guest by its own fault or that of its employees.

No liability exists:

  • in case of unavoidable external circumstances,

  • if the damage is caused by the guest or their relatives,

  • if the guest enters restricted areas.

Liability for valuables only applies if stored in designated safe locations.
The maximum compensation is the daily room rate.


17. Illness or Death of the Guest

In case of illness, Neo Prémium Apartments**** provides medical assistance, costs borne by the guest.

For contagious diseases, services may be refused.

In case of death, prepaid fees are not refunded, and the apartment may claim incurred costs.


18. Pets

Pets are not allowed at Neo Prémium Apartments****.


19. Privacy

Neo Prémium Apartments**** processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (Hungarian Act CXII/2011, GDPR).


20. Force Majeure

In events such as war, natural disasters, epidemics, or strikes, the parties are exempt from performance as long as the obstacle exists.

For advance payments, a transferable voucher valid for 1 year will be issued.


21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The contract is governed by the Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk.).

The parties agree on the exclusive jurisdiction of the Vas County Court.
